OUR EXPERTISE

The Infant-Parent Institute’s philosophy is based on specific principles that formulate our practice standards and are ultimately translated into contract deliverables. As an organizational partner, these principles collectively orient and equip us to deliver focused, responsive and flexible services to meet our customer’s needs.

Our value statement

Excellence is the central operational value of this Institute. We believe that treating each other with dignity and deference will shape our culture of excellence. We accept responsibility to act in a manner befitting our commitment to excellence. We believe that we are all accountable to ourselves and each other for our mutual success.

Our philosophy

When one member is suffering, the whole group suffers. When one relationship is ailing all relationships are damaged. When one part of the whole feels less than a part, there is no whole anymore.
